This is for a single card-width space. Depending on what has been pre-approved, you may be allocated 1,2,3 or 4 card spaces. Simply select the relevant number of items (1 item per space).

We offer local artists discounted pop-ups in our beautiful retail space as follow:
- on a Wednesday to Sunday basis (£200)
- Wednesday to Friday (£120); or
- Friday to Sunday (£150).
- Daily Rate for non stockist (£40)

What you get:
- front window display space (allocated alongside our other products)
- Dedicated table space (120x65)
- Social media advertising
- utilities included
Your commitments:
- to open on the allocated dates from 11am to 5.30pm
- to take sales of your own and Leith Makers stocked artists
- Not to remove or cover existing display stock other than in your allocated places.
Please Note: It is important that you are able to commit to the dates you select. If for any reason you cannot fulfil these dates, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. Note that bookings are not refundable. In the event that you cancel, swapping your booking to alternative dates within the booking window (March to May) (June to October) (November to December) is subject to availability and at Leith Makers discretion.
Event Bookings
If you have already had an event booking approved, you can pay for it here. DO NOT purchase until you have an event approved and confirmed.
Event booking fee

When you host your event with us, we typically will provide a comprehensive marketing package, comprising:
- Adding event to website & monthly newsletter
- promotion on our events posters
- inclusion in monthly 'What's On' post
- inclusion in Edinburgh What's On Guide
- specific event social media post
Our booking fee also ensures that we reserve the space for you.
If you are running a series of events, we offer a separate multi-event pricing.
Multi-event booking fee

When you host your event with us, we typically will provide a comprehensive marketing package, comprising:

- promotion on our events posters
- inclusion in monthly 'What's On' post

Our booking fee also ensures that we reserve the space for you.

Pop-up reservation fee
If you have been approved for a weekend pop-up, you can pay your refundable deposit here. Note, this deposit is not refundable in cases of cancellation or ill-health on your part.

Stockist Pop-Up Refundable Deposit

We are delighted that you are taking us up on our offer of a free pop-up. Not only does this give you an opportunity to showcase more of your stock, and for interested customers to engage with you directly, it also helps us - as Carmen and I are both juggling other jobs to help financially support Leith Makers to ensure its success, and we need SOME time off! We hope this is a win-win!
We require a £50 deposit to secure the pop-up dates you have selected - which will be fully refundable if you fulfil the commitment. If for any reason you are unable to make it, please let us know asap - you might be able to find someone else suitable to operate the pop-up - swap dates etc, which would avoid forfeiting the deposit.
