Pop-ups can be agreed in advance, by contacting Carmen. The refundable pop-up deposit should then be paid. Note, this deposit is not refundable in cases of cancellation or ill-health on your part.

If you have already had an event booking approved, you can pay for it here. DO NOT purchase until you have an event approved and confirmed.

When you host your event with us, we typically will provide a comprehensive marketing package, comprising:
- Adding event to website & monthly newsletter
- promotion on our events posters
- inclusion in monthly 'What's On' post
- inclusion in Edinburgh What's On Guide
- specific event social media post
Our booking fee also ensures that we reserve the space for you.
If you are running a series of events, we offer a separate multi-event pricing.
