Explore the beautiful colours, shapes and textures of autumn in this relaxed and creative watercolour workshop. We'll begin with light, transparent washes to establish the shapes.
As the painting develops, we'll add fine details and delicate touches to bring our autumn botanicals to life.
This workshop is a lovely opportunity to slow down, experiment and enjoy some creative time in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to art after a break, you'll be very welcome.
About your tutor: Susan Mitchell is a nature-inspired illustrator passionate about bringing stories to life through books, cards and giftware. Alongside her illustration work, she runs a variety of creative workshops for adults and children around Edinburgh.
Who it's for: Beginners and anyone looking to develop their confidence and skills in watercolour. Suitable for ages 14+
What to bring: Just bring yourself and a willingness to explore — we'll provide everything else!
