This practical, science-backed breathwork session is designed to help you manage stress, sharpen your focus, and boost your energy — using simple techniques anyone can learn.
You’ll get a full hour of guided breathwork, with space at the end for questions if you’d like to stay on.
This workshop will teach you to:
- use breath and attention training to shift your mental state in real time.
- stay steady under stress and bring more clarity to daily challenges.
- sharpen focus and presence without forcing productivity.
- develop resilience so setbacks don’t throw you off course.

About your tutor:
Paul Holmes holds a master’s degree in chiropractic, specialising in neurology and human performance. He has more than 15 years' experience, working with people from all walks of life. His work combines evidence-based techniques—such as breathwork, focus training, and nervous system regulation—with strategies to rewire thinking and build long-term resilience.
