These workshops are designed to help you think, feel, and perform better from day one, with simple tools you can integrate into daily life.

About your tutor:
Paul Holmes holds a master’s degree in chiropractic, specialising in neurology and human performance. He has more than 15 years' experience, working with people from all walks of life. His work combines evidence-based techniques—such as breathwork, focus training, and nervous system regulation—with strategies to rewire thinking and build long-term resilience.
